Static Mixers

Static Mixers, sometimes called a motionless mixer, is a plastic, disposable device which consists of a series of internal baffles or elements within a plastic tube. As adhesive components are forced through the mixer, the components are repeatedly divided and recombined, thus creating a complete and uniform mixture. Most static mixers attach in one of two ways: the bell-mouth, which requires a retaining nut, or the twist-and-lock (bayonet) method, which requires no additional hardware.
